State of Charge means the operating parameter that represents the quantity of physical energy stored (measured in units of megawatt-hours) in an Energy Storage Resource Model Participant in proportion to its maximum State of Charge capability. State of Charge is quantified as defined in the PJM Manuals.
State minimum standards means minimum requirements
State of Utah means the State of Utah, in its entirety, including its institutions, agencies, departments, divisions, authorities, instrumentalities, boards, commissions, elected or appointed officers, employees, agents, and authorized volunteers.
Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;
Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.

resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State.
RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
