Minimum Vesting Requirement definition

Minimum Vesting Requirement means that Awards subject to the Minimum Vesting Requirement (other than the Bonus Shares) shall not become nonforfeitable prior to the first anniversary of the Grant Date, subject to Sections 12, 13 and 21.
