Maximum Participation Amount definition

Maximum Participation Amount means an amount equal to TEN MILLION and No/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00); provided, however, that during any Overline Period, the Maximum Participation Amount shall be the amount set forth for the same in the related Overline Confirmation for such Overline Period.
