It is likely that Existing Holders who participate in the Exchange Offer will receive principal amounts of Notes as applicable Notes Consideration in amounts in excess of €100,000 that are not integral multiples of €100,000.
Neither these Listing Particulars nor any other information supplied in connection with the Exchange Offer (a) is intended to provide the basis of any credit or other evaluation or (b) should be considered as a recommendation by the Company, any of the Dealer Managers or the Trustee that any recipient of these Listing Particulars or any other information supplied in connection with the offering of the Notes should purchase any Notes.
