Matching Employer Contributions definition

Matching Employer Contributions means the amounts credited to Eligible Employees’ Accounts under the Plan by the Employers, in accordance with Section 3(b).
Matching Employer Contributions means contributions made by the Employer pursuant to Section 4.5 to a Participant's Matching Employer Contributions Account.
Matching Employer Contributions means contributions made by each Employer in accordance with Paragraph 5.7 and which are subject to the limitations of Article XV.

More Definitions of Matching Employer Contributions

Matching Employer Contributions means contributions, if any, made by the Employer pursuant to Section 1.4 of the Plan. Any Matching Employer Contributions shall be made at the sole and final discretion of the Board.
