Master Term definition

Master Term has the meaning established in Section 2.1. “Meter” means the standard instrument(s) and equipment installed at the Site by System Owner as part of the System to be used to measure and record the Output delivered to Host Customer at the Delivery Point.
Master Term means the period from the Master Renewal Date until December 31, 2012.
Master Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

More Definitions of Master Term

Master Term means the Initial Master Term, as extended by (a) any Extension Period, (b) any period of time during which the Master Agreement is renewed and (c) any Termination Assistance Period.

  • Purchase and Sale Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4 of the Sale Agreement.

Upon the occurrence of such a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Master Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Master Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall be required, upon the direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, to appoint a subservicer with respect to such Non-Lead Securitization Note. Upon the occurrence of a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Special Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, terminate the Special Servicer with respect to, but only with respect to, the Mortgage Loan;
