LLC Agreements definition

LLC Agreements means the Initial Holdings LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Initial Investors LLC Agreement and the Investors LLC Agreement.

Except as otherwise described in the Prospectus, the Company is not a party to or bound by any instrument or agreement pursuant to which it is or may be required to cause any of its subsidiaries to guarantee any borrowings or other indebtedness of the Company.

LLC Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Borrower, dated as of September 12, 2014, (ii) the limited liability company agreements of each Managing Member and (iii) the limited liability company agreement of the member of the Borrower.
