Liquidated Damages Multiplier definition

Liquidated Damages Multiplier means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, (i) the product of the Common Unit Price multiplied by (ii) the number of Purchased Units purchased by such Purchaser that may not be disposed of without restriction and without the need for current public information pursuant to any section of Rule 144 (or any similar provision then in effect) under the Securities Act.
Liquidated Damages Multiplier means the product of (a) the Purchased Share Price and (b) the number of Registrable Securities then held by the applicable Holder and to be included on the applicable Registration Statement.
Liquidated Damages Multiplier means the product of $25.00 times the number of Class D Units and Purchased Units purchased by such Purchaser.
