Linked Assets definition

Linked Assets means, in relation to an insurer, assets that are, for the time being, identified in the records of the insurer as being assets by reference to the value of which benefits under Linked Policies are to be determined

Linked Assets means any of your or any third party’s digital assets, software tools, applications or databases, or other Third-Party Materials that you or your Admin Users upload to or use in conjunction with the Bots or our Services.

More Definitions of Linked Assets

Linked Assets means any assets which are "linked assets", as such term is defined in the FCA Rules, to the extent that, immediately prior to the Effective Date, any of the Linked Policies comprised in the Transferred Business are linked;
