Private Assets definition

Private Assets means Equity Interests in private operating companies.
Private Assets means investments that are not publicly traded or listed on a public stock exchange and that are not part of the Company’s core fixed income investment portfolio. Private Asset equity investments are Private Asset investments that are structured and negotiated by the Company where the Company owns an equity or residual interest in an entity, special purpose vehicle, trust, division, fund, partnership, limited partnership or any form of corporation. Private Asset equity investments purchased during a calendar year or Vintage means the amount of the transaction that has funded resulting in an economic interest or right to a future economic interest in the vehicle being acquired by the Company by the end of that calendar year or Vintage.
Private Assets. The Condominium consists of thirteen subsidiary properties which are described as land for the construction of office buildings, industrial or commercial units, and which make up the private area of the Condominium. Each one of the subsidiary properties has been identified by means of a lot number, as appears on the corresponding blueprint as well as in the deed of constitution. The joint owners acquire, together with the subsidiary or private assets, the right to use the shared elements that are defined by Law and this Bylaw, as well as those entitlements and obligations which are acknowledged and imposed by this Bylaw. In such manner that each one of the joint owners may hold and derive from the entitlement that they may have over the subsidiary property understood

  • Real Estate Assets means any investment by the Company or the Operating Partnership in unimproved and improved Real Property (including fee or leasehold interests, options and leases), directly, through one or more subsidiaries or through a Joint Venture.

  • private land means any land that has been or may hereafter be alienated from the Crown for any estate of freehold, or is or may hereafter be the subject of any conditional purchase agreement, or of any lease or concession with or without a right of acquiring the fee simple thereof (not being a pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or a lease or concession otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes only or for timber purposes or a lease of Crown land for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants) but —

  • Undepreciated Real Estate Assets as of any date means the cost (original cost plus capital improvements) of real estate assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries on such date, before depreciation and amortization, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Qualified Property has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE and as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules and the Texas Attorney General, as these provisions existed on the Application Review Start Date.

  • Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Material Real Estate Asset means any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a Fair Market Value in excess of $5,000,000, as of the date of the acquisition thereof; provided that that the Fair Market Value of all fee-owned Real Estate Assets that are not Material Real Estate Assets shall not exceed $15,000,000 in the aggregate.

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
