Licenses and Approvals definition

Licenses and Approvals means all certificates, licenses, permits or other approvals required or obtained by the Company in connection with the use or ownership of the Company Assets, the operation of the Company's Business or in connection with its use and occupancy of the Leased Facility or any of the Property.

  • Project Company must comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and any issued Permits, Licenses and Approvals, including Environmental Approvals, relating to this Project, whether obtained by MDOT or Project Company and to ensure the protection of the public health, safety, welfare, and environment.

Related to Licenses and Approvals

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
