Licensee Indemnitees definition

Licensee Indemnitees has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

• The Licensee Indemnitees will give Licensor prompt written notice of any such action or claim, and Licensor will take such action as is reasonably advisable to defend such action or claim on behalf of the Licensee Indemnitees.
