Licensed Trade Secrets definition

Licensed Trade Secrets means all proprietary and confidential technical information owned by the Licensor under the Master License Agreement and relating to the inventions owned or claimed in the licensed Patents.
Licensed Trade Secrets means all ideas, concepts, know-how, procedures, and Axon Confidential Information regarding PMC Technology, which are owned by Axon and described as such in EXHIBIT D (“LICENSED TRADE SECRETS”), and including all Axon Improvements.
Licensed Trade Secrets means the trade secrets, intellectual property, rights, information and materials licensed under the Amended License.

More Definitions of Licensed Trade Secrets

Licensed Trade Secrets means Travelzoo’s Confidential Information (as defined below) used by Travelzoo in connection with the Licensed Services or Licensed Business Processes.
Licensed Trade Secrets means all Sequana Trade Secrets in existence as of the Effective Date which may reasonably be considered to be useful or necessary for research and development in the Field.

Licensed Trade Secrets shall not include, and Licensee shall have no right, title, interest or license in, the recipes or formulations for the Licensed Products.
Licensed Trade Secrets means Licensor's proprietary rights in and to the GOLQ Technology under applicable national, international, or state trade secret law.
Licensed Trade Secrets means any and all Trade Secrets owned by Licensor as of the Effective Date or thereafter, including any Trade Secrets included in the Contributed Intellectual Property.
Licensed Trade Secrets means any all proprietary or other information used in connection with the manufacture, marketing, or sale of Licensed Products, including but not limited to equipment, processes, procedures, recipes, ingredient lists, supplier information, customer information, and other information of commercial value to Licensor.
