Licensed Trademark definition

Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

Licensed Trademark has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.3.

Licensed Trademark shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a) hereof.

Examples of Licensed Trademark in a sentence

• Licensee shall not during the Term of this Agreement contest the validity of, by act or omission jeopardize, or take any action inconsistent with, Microsoft's rights or goodwill in the Licensed Trademarks in any country, including attempted registration of any Licensed Trademark, or use or attempted registration of any xxxx confusingly similar thereto.

• Licensee covenants not to attack the validity of the Licensed Trademark at any time, whether during or after the term of this Agreement.

• Licensee shall make no use of the Licensed Trademark except in the form and with the graphics authorized in advance by CRIBSFORKIDS.

• The products and packaging using the Licensed Trademark shall be in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Under no circumstances shall Licensee promote, provide, give away or otherwise deal in Licensed Services or related printed materials under the Licensed Trademark that does not strictly comply with all quality and safety standards specified by CRIBSFORKIDS.

More Definitions of Licensed Trademark

Licensed Trademark means a GroceryCo Xxxx or a SnackCo Xxxx that is licensed under this Agreement by GroceryCo IPCo or SnackCo IPCo, as the case may be, to SnackCo IPCo or GroceryCo IPCo, as applicable.

Licensed Trademark means trademarks owned by Licensor under the Master License Agreement.

Licensed Trademark means Hextend®, and any other trademark developed, acquired or licensed by BioTime for use in connection with the sale of Hextend in the Territory

Licensed Trademark means the xxxx "SWEET'N LOW " used alone or in combination with the design of a musical bar and treble clef solely for use in connection with the manufacture and sale of the Licensed Product.
