Licence Area definition

Licence Area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a licence;
Licence Area means Stall No(s). within the Venue as marked in the Third Schedule;
Licence Area means the geographical target area of a broadcasting service as specified in the relevant broadcasting licence;

Examples of Licence Area in a sentence

  • The Licensee must not conduct any Business in the Licence Area without the necessary licence, permit and/or authorization.

  • The Licensee must not conduct any business in the Licence Area during these 3 days.

  • If the Licence Area is located at the Venue that is affected by the suspension, this Agreement will be suspended for the period as specified in the notice.

  • The Licence Area will be opened to the Licensee for setting up and decoration of his stall during the first 3 days of the Licence Period.

  • If the Licence Area is located at the Venue that is affected by the cancellation, this Agreement will be terminated forthwith.
