Letters of Authorization definition

Letters of Authorization means a nonpossessory form of authorization that allows the applicant the right to erect specific structures or conduct specific activities on uplands.
Letters of Authorization means documentation which shall be prepared and delivered by Hospira to the appropriate Regulatory Authorities permitting such Regulatory Authorities to consult Hospira’s DMFs in their review of Genzyme’s Product marketing applications (as set forth in Section 4.3).
