Letter of Credit Usage definition

Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is or at any time thereafter may become available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Lenders and not theretofore reimbursed out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B or otherwise reimbursed by Company.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is, or at any time thereafter may become, available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding, and (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Bank and not theretofore reimbursed by or on behalf of Company.

  • Borrowers shall pay Agent (for the ratable benefit of the Revolving Lenders), a Letter of Credit fee (the "Letter of Credit Fee") (which fee shall be in addition to the fronting fees and commissions, other fees, charges and expenses set forth in Section 2.10(k)) that shall accrue at a per annum rate equal to the Current Asset LIBOR Rate Margin multiplied by the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • If any Letter of Credit Usage remains or is expected to remain outstanding on the Revolving Termination Date (as it may be extended), Borrower shall, at least 15 days prior to the Revolving Termination Date (as it may be extended), deposit cash in an amount equal to the Letter of Credit Usage applicable to it in a Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account.
