Aggregate Undrawn Amount definition

Aggregate Undrawn Amount means at any time, with respect to the Class A-1A Notes, the aggregate amount of the unutilized Commitments in respect of all Class A-1A Notes.
Aggregate Undrawn Amount. At any time, the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of the Commitments over (ii) the Outstanding Amount at such time.

Aggregate Undrawn Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, the excess of the Aggregate Commitment over the Aggregate Note Balance, in each case measured as of the close of business on such date.
