Borrower has the option, at any time upon 3 Business Days prior written notice to Agent, to terminate this Agreement by paying to Agent, in cash, the Obligations (including (a) providing Letter of Credit Collateralization, and(b) providing Bank Product Collateralization), in full.
If Borrower has sent a notice of termination pursuant to the provisions of this Section, then the Commitments shall terminate and Borrower shall be obligated to repay the Obligations (including (a) providing Letter of Credit Collateralization, and (b) providing Bank Product Collateralization), in full.

Any reference herein or in any other Loan Document to the satisfaction or repayment in full of the Obligations shall mean the repayment in full in cash (or, in the case of Letters of Credit or Bank Products, providing Letter of Credit Collateralization or Bank Product Collateralization, as applicable) of all Obligations other than unasserted contingent indemnification Obligations.
On the Maturity Date, the Borrowers shall provide Letter of Credit Collateralization to Agent (or make other arrangements acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank) to be held as security for Borrowers’ reimbursement obligations in respect of drawings that may subsequently occur under issued and outstanding Letters of Credit.
