Letter of Award definition

Letter of Award means the official notice issued by the UGVCL notifying the contractor that his bid has been accepted.
Letter of Award or “LOA” shall mean the letter issued by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) to the Selected Bidder for award of contract.
Letter of Award or “LOA” shall mean the work order issued by UGVCL to the Selected Bidder for award of contract.
