Certificate of Award definition

Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized by Section 6(a), to be signed by the Fiscal Officer, setting forth and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Ordinance requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein.
Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized to be signed by the Fiscal Officer pursuant to subsection (a) of Section 6, specifying and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Resolution requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein.
Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized by Section 8, to be signed by the Treasurer, setting forth and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Resolution requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein, including without limitation, the amount(s) and scheduled principal payment date(s) of the Callable Bonds to be refunded.

Examples of Certificate of Award in a sentence

  • The Clerk of Council is directed to deliver or cause to be delivered a certified copy of this Ordinance and a signed copy of the Certificate of Award to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer.

  • The Fiscal Officer shall sign and deliver the Certificate of Award and shall cause the Bonds to be prepared and signed and delivered, together with a true transcript of proceedings with reference to the issuance of the Bonds, to the Original Purchaser upon payment of the purchase price.
