Leave Entitlements definition

Leave Entitlements means the Player’s entitlements provided for in Clause 20.1;
Leave Entitlements means annual leave, personal (sick and carer’s) leave, compassionate leave, parental leave, long service leave, rostered days off, time in lieu and any other type of statutory or authorised leave.

More Definitions of Leave Entitlements

Leave Entitlements means all amounts accrued but unpaid in respect of sick leave (for all Employees except the managers), annual leave (including loadings) and long service leave owing and due to or in respect of all the Employees, arising under contract, statute or otherwise, calculated up to the last shift prior to the Completion Date. The accrual for long service leave for each Victorian Employee will be calculated on the basis that the Employee is entitled to an amount calculated by multiplying the amount of the long service leave to which he or she is entitled on completing 5475 days of service by the number of completed days of service with CTG divided by 5475. The accrual of long service leave for each NSW Employee will be calculated on the basis that the Employee is entitled to an amount calculated by multiplying the amount of long service leave to which he or she is entitled on completing 3,650 days of service by the number of completed days of service with CTG divided by 3,650.

  • Special compensation means payment to an adult foster care facility to ensure the provision of a specialized program in addition to the basic payment for adult foster care.   • Accrued Benefits shall include the following amounts, payable as described herein: (i) all base salary for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (ii) reimbursement for any and all monies advanced in connection with the Executive's employment for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (iii) any and all other cash earned through the Termination Date and deferred at the election of the Executive or pursuant to any deferred compensation plan then in effect; (iv) notwithstanding any provision of any bonus or incentive compensation plan applicable to the Executive, a lump sum amount, in cash, equal to the sum of (A) any bonus or incentive compensation that has been allocated or awarded to the Executive for a fiscal year or other measuring period under the plan that ends prior to the Termination Date but has not yet been paid (pursuant to Section 5(f) or otherwise) and (B) a pro rata portion to the Termination Date of the aggregate value of all contingent bonus or incentive compensation awards to the Executive for all uncompleted periods under the plan calculated as to each such award as if the Goals with respect to such bonus or incentive compensation award had been attained; and (v) all other payments and benefits to which the Executive (or in the event of the Executive's death, the Executive's surviving spouse or other beneficiary) may be entitled as compensatory fringe benefits or under the terms of any benefit plan of the Employer, including severance payments under the Employer's severance policies and practices in the form most favorable to the Executive that were in effect at any time during the 180-day period prior to the Effective Date. Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.

  • Requisition Compensation includes all compensation or other moneys payable by reason of any act or event such as is referred to in paragraph (b) of the definition of “Total Loss”;

  • Vested Benefits means amounts that are vested or that Executive is otherwise entitled to receive, without the performance by Executive of further services or the resolution of a contingency, under the terms of or in accordance with any investment and savings plan or retirement plan (including any plan providing retiree medical benefits) of the Company or its affiliates, and any ERPs or ESPs related thereto, and any deferred compensation or employee stock purchase plan or similar plan or program of the Company or its affiliates.

  • Termination Payments has the meaning specified in Section 10(a).

  • Protected Employees means employees of the Company or its affiliated companies who were employed by the Company or its affiliated companies at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Termination Benefits means the benefits described in Section 4.1(b).

  • Accrued Professional Compensation means, at any given moment, all accrued, contingent and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including, without limitation, success fees) for legal, financial advisory, accounting and other services and reimbursement of expenses that are awardable and allowable under section 328, 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code and were rendered before the Effective Date by any Retained Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases, or that are awardable and allowable under section 503 of the Bankruptcy Code, that have not been denied by a Final Order, all to the extent that any such fees and expenses have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount). To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.

  • IRAS has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Medicare benefit means the Medicare benefit payable within the meaning of Part II of the Health Insurance Act 1973 with respect to a professional service.

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Eligible Deposit Account means either (a) a segregated account with an Eligible Institution or (b) a segregated trust account with the corporate trust department of a depository institution organized under the laws of the United States of America or any one of the states thereof or the District of Columbia (or any domestic branch of a foreign bank), having corporate trust powers and acting as trustee for funds deposited in such account, so long as any of the securities of such depository institution shall have a credit rating from each Rating Agency in one of its generic rating categories that signifies investment grade.

  • Defined Benefit Plan Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the projected annual benefit (determined as of the close of the relevant Plan Year) of the Participant under all Defined Benefit Plans maintained by one or more Related Companies, and the denominator of which is the lesser of (a) the product of 1.25 multiplied by the dollar limitation in effect under Section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Code for the Plan Year, or (b) the product of 1.4 multiplied by the amount which may be taken into account under Section 415(b)(1)(B) of the Code with respect to the Participant for the Plan Year.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Termination Compensation means a monthly cash amount equal to one-twelfth ( 1/12th) of the highest amount of the annual cash compensation (including cash bonuses and other cash-based compensation, including for these purposes amounts earned or payable whether or not deferred) received by Executive during any one of the three (3) calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year in which Executive’s Termination Date occurs; provided, that if the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year exceeds the highest amount of the annual cash compensation received by Executive during any one of the immediately preceding three (3) consecutive calendar years, the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year shall be deemed to be Executive’s highest amount of annual cash compensation.
