Lease Rate definition

Lease Rate means for each 2015-1 Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.
Lease Rate means the implicit interest rate used to calculate the Lease Charges that are included in determining the Base Monthly Payments due under the related Closed-End Lease.
Lease Rate means a percentage equal to (a) the then-current Base Monthly Rental multiplied by twelve (12), divided by (b) the aggregate purchase price of all of the Properties paid by Lessor (or Lessor’s predecessor-in-interest).

The Lease Rate in respect of each Fee Calculation Reset Day shall be published on the website maintained on behalf of the Issuer at www.etc.db.com (or such other website as may be notified to Securityholders in accordance with Condition 19 from time to time). The Lease Rate as at the Issue Date of this Tranche of ETC Securities is as specified on the website maintained on behalf of the Issuer at www.etc.db.com in respect of such date.
Lease Rate means the annual rate used to determine Base Rent for each Lease Advance.
