Joint Venturers definition

Joint Venturers means Xxxxxxx Mining Limited a company incorporated in the State of Western Australia and its successors, permitted assigns and appointees;

Joint Venturers means both the Domgas Joint Venturers and the LNG Joint Venturers unless the context otherwise requires;

Joint Venturers means MSC and CML and any person to whom the rights of MSC and CML are assigned in accordance with the provisions of clause 16;

• The water requirements of the Joint Venturers for their operations under this Agreement shall be obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Water Authority Act 1984 or other relevant Act.

• Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement the Minister may at the request of the Joint Venturers from time to time extend or further extend any period or vary or further vary any date referred to in this Agreement or in any approved proposal for such period or to such later date as the Minister thinks fit whether or not the period to be extended has expired or the date to be varied has passed.

More Definitions of Joint Venturers

Joint Venturers means each of the entities set out in Item 3 of Schedule 1 as holding a Joint Venture Percentage.

Joint Venturers means the Trustee, the Townsville City Council and the Thuringowa City Council.

Joint Venturers has the meaning given in Section 3.3.2 of the Credit Agreement.
