Investment Target definition

Investment Target means the investment by the Company of at least $4,500,000 in the Project.

Investment Target means the investment by the Companies (and any Sponsor Affiliates, as defined in the Fee Agreement) of at least $10,000,000 in the Project pursuant to the Fee Agreement.
