Investment Criteria definition

Investment Criteria. The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).
Investment Criteria means with respect to each Loan Asset acquired by the Borrower, compliance with each of the requirements set forth below:

Examples of Investment Criteria in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Indenture to the contrary, the purchase of a Restructuring Loan or a Permitted Equity Security is not required to satisfy the Investment Criteria.

  • Any such transaction or exchange shall not constitute a sale under this Indenture or be subject to the Investment Criteria.

  • At any time during or after the Reinvestment Period, the Collateral Manager may direct the Trustee to (i) enter into a Bankruptcy Exchange subject to the limitations contained in the definition of “Bankruptcy Exchange”, but not subject to the Investment Criteria; or (ii) apply amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account (as directed by the Collateral Manager in its sole discretion) and/or any Additional Junior Notes Proceeds to one or more Permitted Uses.


More Definitions of Investment Criteria

Investment Criteria means office properties outside of Canada with an occupancy level above 80%, secured rental cash flow, a property value between €20 million to €60 million and potential future upside with respect to matters including rent and area development;
