Interview Period definition

Interview Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7.14(a).
Interview Period. On or before the com- mencement of his employment the Corporation will give to each new employee a copy of the Union Agreement to be supplied by the Union. It is agreed that a representative of the Union who is not on duty will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee during the second month of his or her probationary period for the purpose of the wishes of the employee concerning membership in the Union, but no employee will be compelled to present himself or herself for such interview. The Hospital Admin- istration will advise the Union monthly of the names of those who have completed the first one and one-half months of their probationary period, and, on request, will arrange a place and time once each month for the said interview which shall not exceed minutes in duration. There may be a representative of the Administration present at the interview. Because of this privilege of interview granted in this clause, it is expressly agreed by the Union that there shall be no solicitation for membership at any other time nor collection of dues at any time on the premises of the Corpo- ration. The Corporation Administration will co-operate in scheduling interviews when the employees are on duty. Lists: Upon the signing of this Agreement the Corporation will furnish the Union with a copy of the employee’s seniority list and revised copies will be and at six-month intervals thereafter. No objection may taken by the Union or by any employee unless notice of objection is given by the Union or an em- ployee to the Corporation within one month after the has and furnished to the Union the in item first appeared. Interview Period. Sellers shall provide DHLC (or an Affiliate of DHLC) (the “Employer”) reasonable access to the RRMC Employees and the Administrative Employees for purposes of conducting employment interviews with such persons.
