Internal Use definition

Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.
Internal Use means use of the Licensed Property by employees of Customer in Customer’s internal operations but does not include access of the Licensed Property by, or use of the Licensed Property in the provisions of services to, Customer’s clients or customers. Internal Use also includes use of the Licensed Property by contractors of Customer, including contractors providing outsourcing or hosting services, as long as Customer assumes full responsibility for the compliance with this Agreement in such use. Use of the Licensed Property (or any part thereof) for the benefit of others, whether by means of a software as a service offering, service bureau application, application service provider, outsourcing or other means of providing service to any third party shall not be considered Internal Use.

More Definitions of Internal Use

Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Client’s and/or Client’s Affiliates’ general business use related to the management of their social media activities on the Connected Services, solely for the benefit of Client and/or Client’s Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of Agency or any other third parties.
Internal Use means use of the Products provided under the Agreement for Customer’s general business use and for the processing of Customer’s data only, but does not include use of the Products to conduct service bureau, application service provider or time-share activities for third parties.
Internal Use means that Authorized Users may use the Product only for Client’s internal business purposes. Except as otherwise specified on an Order Form, Products are not licensed for external use.
Internal Use means access to and use of Licensed Material for performance of research and analysis, preparation of hard- copy research documents and reports (which may incorporate insubstantial amounts of data comprising Licensed Material as an incidental part of such research documents) and for other data processing use, analysis and distribution to the Licensee (if an individual) or within Licensee’s own organization (if an entity) but not for redistribution of, or the provision of access to, Licensed Material to any third-party including but not limited to any clients or customers of Licensee or to any other non-Licensee persons or entities. If an entity, Licensee shall advise each of its employees having access to Licensed Material of the proprietary nature of Licensed Material and shall direct such employees to treat such information pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Internal Use means that employees may use the Deliverables only for Client’s internal business purposes. Except as otherwise specified on an SOW, Deliverables are not licensed for external use.
