Interim Distribution Dates definition

Interim Distribution Dates means date(s), if any, as determined by the Trustee, between the Initial Distribution Date and the Final Distribution Date.

Examples of Interim Distribution Dates in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding a Participant’s advance election to designate Interim Distribution Dates, the amounts which would otherwise be subject to such Interim Distribution Dates shall be distributable upon a Distributable Event pursuant to the Plan, if such Distributable Event occurs prior to an applicable Interim Distribution Date.

  • A Participant may elect to have one or more Interim Distribution Dates but a Participant may have no more than three (3) Interim Distribution Dates outstanding at any given time (provided the Deferred Compensation Committee reserves the right to increase or decrease such number of dates).
