Disbursing Agent definition

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.

Disbursing Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

Disbursing Agent means the disbursing agent(s) appointed pursuant to Section V.A.

Examples of Disbursing Agent in a sentence

• All distributions under this Plan shall be made by the Disbursing Agent on the Effective Date.

• All distributions of Cash to the Holders of the applicable Allowed Claims or Allowed Equity Interests, in each case if any, under this Plan shall be made by the Disbursing Agent on behalf of the applicable Debtor or Reorganized Debtor.

• On the Effective Date, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, each Holder (and the applicable Agents for such Holder, including the Agents/Trustees) of a certificate or instrument evidencing a Claim or an Equity Interest that has been cancelled in accordance with Article IV.H hereof, shall be deemed to have surrendered such certificate or instrument to the Disbursing Agent.

• In the event that any distribution to any Holder of an Allowed Claim is returned as undeliverable, no distribution to such Holder shall be made unless and until the Disbursing Agent is notified in writing of such Holder’s then-current address or other necessary information for delivery, at which time such distribution shall be made to such Holder on the next Distribution Date without interest.

• Except as otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the amount of any reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Disbursing Agent (including the Agents/Trustees) on or after the Effective Date (including taxes), and any reasonable compensation and expense reimbursement Claims (including reasonable attorney fees and expenses), made by the Disbursing Agent shall be paid in Cash by the Reorganized Debtors.

Disbursing Agent means the Debtors or the Plan Administrator (as applicable), or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Plan Administrator to make or facilitate distributions contemplated under the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtor or the Entity or Entities chosen by the Reorganized Debtor to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means, as applicable, the Reorganized Debtors or any Entity the Reorganized Debtors select to make or to facilitate distributions in accordance with the Plan, which Entity may include the Claims and Noticing Agent.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or any party designated by the Reorganized Debtors, in their sole discretion, to serve as disbursing agent under the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means Reorganized LGII, in its capacity as a disbursing agent pursuant to Section VI.B, or any Third Party Disbursing Agent.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or any Person selected by the Reorganized Debtors to hold and distribute the consideration to be distributed to the holders of Allowed Claims (other than Plan Trust Asbestos Claims) under the Plan.
