Interface Equipment definition

Interface Equipment means any device or system capable of transmitting video, voice and/or data traffic to the I-Net or capable of receiving information from the I-Net.
Interface Equipment means any accommodation, power supplies, cabling, equipment or other facilities that are to be provided by EGT under this agreement to enable the User to enjoy the Services; "Initial Term" shall have the meaning set out in Schedule 1; "Network" means EGT's communications network as it may exist from time to time including the fibre optic cable and all ancillary apparatus and equipment which is owned or operated by EGT whether owned leased or made available under some other form of agreement with a third party and which is essential to the totality of the operation of EGT's communication network; "Permanent Repair" has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 to the Agreement; "Planned Outage" means an interruption to the Services planned by EGT and advised to the User in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 4 and in particular Planned Outage includes:- (i) any interruption to or degradation of the Services caused by EGT effecting a Permanent Repair following a Temporary Repair; and (ii) any interruption to or degradation of the Services caused by changes to the Network or Interface Equipments; but does not include any interruption to or degradation of the Services caused by the provision of a new User Breakout; "Provision Date" shall have the meaning set out in Schedule 1; "PTO Licence" means a licence to operate a public telecommunications system granted by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry under the Telecommunications

More Definitions of Interface Equipment

Interface Equipment means all equipment (including without limitation hardware, software and telecommunications devices) used by ABC and the ABC AFFILIATES to establish the capability for ABC COMPUTER(S), by means of the SERVICE, to receive DATA from and send DATA to CREDIT CONNECTION's computer(s).

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.
