Provision Date definition

Provision Date shall have the meaning set out in Schedule 1; "PTO Licence" means a licence to operate a public telecommunications system granted by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry under the Telecommunications
Provision Date means the later of the (i) Inclusion Date for the demised premises or the applicable portion thereof or (ii) date by which Landlord, after receipt of the Cessation Notice, has had sufficient time to get the demised premises (or the applicable portion thereof in accordance with the terms of Section 20.19 hereof) on line with the Building's system so as to enable Landlord to provide the requested services; and
Provision Date means the date on which Trimble first provides access to the Offering. For a bundle comprised of multiple Offerings, the Provision Date will be the date on which the entire bundle becomes fully provisioned.

  • Security Provision Date, for a Financial Security in a Security Period, is the Security Provision Date referred to in the first column of the table in item 3 (“Financial Security Arrangements”) of Schedule 5 ("Charges and other amounts") applicable to the relevant Financial Security, being the date by which the relevant Financial Security must be provided to Powerlink.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.
