Institutional Facilities definition

Institutional Facilities. As used herein, "Institutional Facilities" shall mean the County’s juvenile detention and treatment facilities, presently YGC, Joplin, Juvenile Hall, and YLA.

Institutional Facilities means any publicly or privately-owned school, publicly-owned Building from which federal, State, County, City or Special District activities are conducted or offered for public use.   • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
