Installment Payments definition

Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).
Installment Payments means one or more of the periodic payments made by the LEA pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof and at the times and in the amounts set forth in the Payment Schedule with respect to each Appendix, and that are payable in consideration of CONTRACTOR’s financing of the Accepted Buses for the benefit of the LEA and other obligations under this Agreement. Exact installment payment amounts are listed in CONTRACTOR’s cost proposal in response to IFB #40-PR11855651.
Installment Payments means Installment Payments due and payable by the Recipient to the State Water Board under this Agreement, the amounts of which are set forth as Exhibit C hereto.

  • In addition to the Installment Payments, the County has agreed to make certain other payments (“Additional Payments”) sufficient to pay the fees and expenses of the Trustee and the Corporation and other expenses required to be paid by the County under the Contract.

More Definitions of Installment Payments

Installment Payments. Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement or in this Schedule, the undersigned Debtor promises to repay the Advance Amount, with interest as follows: $742.00 per month due on the first day of each month for Forty-Two (42) consecutive months, beginning on March 1, 1996, followed by $4,073.00 on September 1, 1999.
Installment Payments means all payments required to be paid by the City on any date under Section 4.4 of the Installment Sale Agreement, including any amounts payable upon delinquent installments and including any prepayment thereof under Section 7.2 or 7.3 of the Installment Sale Agreement, but does not include Additional Payments.
