Initial Nomination definition

Initial Nomination means a Nomination by the Shipper under clause 8.6, unless no such Nomination has been made, in which case it means an Advance Nomination (if the Shipper has made an Advance Nomination).
Initial Nomination has the meaning specified in Section 5.3.
Initial Nomination means a Nomination submitted before 13:00 on Gas Day D-1 under which the nomination quantity is to flow from the start of the Gas Day; Initiating TSO means the initiating transmission system operator as referred to in Article 8(2)(c) of the Interoperability Code;

Examples of Initial Nomination in a sentence

  • Nominated Day means a Gas Day in respect of which an Advance Nomination or Initial Nomination is made.

  • Nominated Inlet Point means an Inlet Point specified in an Initial Nomination as one at which the Shipper proposes to Deliver Gas to the Operator during the Nominated Day.

  • Nominated Outlet Point means an Outlet Point specified in an Initial Nomination as one at which the Shipper proposes to Receive Gas from the Operator during the Nominated Day.

  • If the Shipper does not make an Initial Nomination complying with clause 8.6 or an Advance Nomination complying with clause 8.18 for a Gas Day for Capacity at an Inlet Point or at an Outlet Point, then the Shipper's Daily Nomination for that Gas Day for the Inlet Point or the Outlet Point (as the case may be) is taken as equal to the Shipper's Daily Nomination for the previous Gas Day at that Inlet Point or Outlet Point (as the case may be).

  • At the end of the day on the Initial Nomination due date, each Shipper’s Nomination will be considered binding as to Shipper.

  • The sum of a Shipper’s Initial Nomination and any accepted incremental Nomination shall be considered a Shipper’s binding Nomination (the “Accepted Nomination Volume”).

  • Following the Initial Nomination deadline, Carrier will notify any allocated Shipper of such Shipper’s allocated capacity (the “Allocation Volume”).

  • Initial Nomination means a Nomination by the Shipper under clause 8.6, unless no such Nomination has been made, in which case it means an Advance Nomination (if the Shipper has made an Advance Nomination).

  • If the Shipper makes an Advance Nomination, an Initial Nomination, or a Renomination, it must do so in good faith, and must nominate for an amount of the Capacity Service which is the Shipper's best estimate as a Reasonable and Prudent Person of the amount of the Capacity Service it proposes to utilise.

Initial Nomination is defined in Clause 4.2(b).

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • New Director means an individual whose election by the Board or nomination for election by the Company’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who either were directors at the Date of Grant or whose election or nomination for election was previously so approved or recommended. However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.

  • Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.

  • Series B Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series B Preferred Stock are entitled to elect, exclusively and as a separate class, pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Designated Director means a person designated by the RE to ensure overall compliance with the obligations imposed under chapter IV of the PML Act and the Rules and shall include:

  • Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Preferred Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Proposed Nominee Associated Person of any Proposed Nominee shall mean (A) any Person acting in concert with such Proposed Nominee, (B) any direct or indirect beneficial owner of Shares owned of record or beneficially by such Proposed Nominee or Person acting in concert with the Proposed Nominee and (C) any Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Proposed Nominee or a Proposed Nominee Associated Person.

  • Unaffiliated Director means, for purposes of this Code, a director or honorary director of the Fund who is not a director, officer or employee of the Adviser or an affiliate thereof.

  • Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Elected Director means a person elected as an elected director in accordance with these bylaws or elected or appointed as a replacement director for an elected director;

  • Purchaser Designee means an individual then serving on the Board of Directors pursuant to the exercise of the Purchaser’s nomination rights pursuant to Section 4.07(a) and/or Purchaser’s rights pursuant to Section 4.07(e), together with any designee of the Purchaser who is then standing for election to the Board pursuant to Sections 4.07(a) and (b) or who is being proposed for election by the Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.07(e).

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Nominate “Nomination,” or “Nominated” shall mean an offer by Shipper to Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation, from the specified Origin to the specified Destination pursuant to the terms of this Tariff (and/or any tariffs making reference hereto and incorporating this Tariff by reference therein).
