From the start of the. 2023 school year, a full or part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave on full pay on account of sickness or injury as follows: Entitlement Accumulated entitlement Upon first appointment in a role covered by this Agreement 20 days 20 days 6 months service 10 days 30 days 12 months service 10 days 40 days 18 months service 10 days 50 days 24 months service 10 days 60 days 30 months service 10 days 70 days Each subsequent 12 months of completed continuous service 10 days +10 days
