Initial Capital Contribution definition

Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Initial Capital Contribution. The initial Capital Contribution of the Company made by a Member pursuant to this Operating Agreement.

Initial Capital Contribution is defined in Section 3.1.
