Information Exchange Protocol definition

Information Exchange Protocol means an information exchange protocol approved by the Electricity Authority for the exchange of certain information, as held on the Electricity Authority website (xxx.xx.xxxx.xx) or as otherwise agreed by the parties including those recorded in Schedule 4;

It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.
