Industry Activities. The AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC are SAE-ITC-organized aviation industry activities. Fundamental to the success of the AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC is cooperation among the airlines and other members of the aviation community that participate in these activities. These activities exist to create value for the aviation community, and they cannot create value without the financial support and participation. The purpose of each activity is stated below:

Related to Industry Activities

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • economic activity means putting goods or services on a market. It is not necessary to make a profit to be engaged in economic activity: if others in the market offer the same good or service, it is an economic activity.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Activities means events that sponsored or conducted for the promotion of commercial products or services, and include advertising, private parties, private company or organization meetings, and any other non-public organization event. Commercial activities do not include private, community service, state sponsored, or free speech activities.
