High Risk Activities definition

High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).
High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
High Risk Activities means any activity which inherently poses an increased risk of Harm, illness or injury. Examples of high-risk activities are extreme sports and recreational activities with dangerous elements.

Examples of High Risk Activities in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to the generality of Section 9.3, LogRhythm and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied term of fitness for purpose f or any such High Risk Activities, and (subject only to Section 11.1) LogRhythm and its suppliers shall have no liability of any nature as a result of any such use of the services.

  • The Services are not designated or intended for High Risk Activities.

High Risk Activities means uses such as, without limitation, the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
High Risk Activities means workloads or applications used to control or operate activities with a likelihood of injury or death, including but not limited to controlling aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, life support systems, implantable medical equipment, motor vehicles, weaponry systems, or any similar scenario where failure could lead to personal injury, death, or environmental damage.
High Risk Activities mean any mission critical, hazardous, strict liability, or other activity(ies) where use or failure of the Products could lead to death, personal injury, or physical or environmental damage. Examples of High Risk Activities include, but are not limited to: aircraft or other modes of human mass transportation, nuclear or chemical facilities, life support systems, implantable medical equipment, motor vehicles, autonomous vehicles, air traffic control, emergency services, or weaponry systems. High Risk Activities do not include utilization of Products for administrative purposes, to store configuration data, engineering and/or configuration tools, or other non-control applications, the failure of which would not result in death, personal injury, or physical or environmental damage. These non-controlling applications may communicate with the applications that perform the control, but must not be directly or indirectly responsible for the control function.
