Index Price definition

Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.
Index Price means the closing price on such date of the Index Group.
Index Price means the closing price of the Index Group on any applicable Trading Day.

Index Price on a given date means the closing price of the NASDAQ Bank Index.
