ICQ Service definition

ICQ Service means the ICQ-branded service, currently available through the Internet, that enables ICQ Users to communicate with one another, including through real-time, personal text messaging, and to monitor each other's online status.
ICQ Service means the ICQ® brand instant messaging service, including the ICQ 2-Way SMS Service, and any other products or services owned, operated, distributed or authorized to be distributed by or through ICQ or its Affiliates worldwide, as designated by ICQ during the Term.
ICQ Service means the U.S. version of the ICQ(TM) brand service.

Examples of ICQ Service in a sentence

  • Except to the extent expressly described herein, such integration into the ICQ Service shall be subject to standard ICQ policies on partner integration.

  • Subject to MP's reasonable approval, ICQ will have the right to fulfill its promotional commitments with respect to any of the foregoing by providing MP comparable promotional placements in appropriate alternative areas of the ICQ Network so long as such alternative areas have demographic and audience reach comparable to the ICQ Service .

  • MP will take commercially reasonable steps necessary to conform its promotion and sale of Services through the MP Areas to the then-existing technologies identified by ICQ (with reasonable advance notice to MP) which are optimized for the ICQ Service.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that ICQ materially and adversely changes the nature of the ICQ Service after the Term, MP may, upon written notice to ICQ, require that ICQ discontinue the Continued Link.

  • ICQ reserves the right to redesign or modify the organization, structure, Look and Feel navigation and other elements of any part of the ICQ Network at any time, including without limitation, by adding or deleting channels, subchannels and/or screens and/or making fundamental changes to the look and feel, navigation or other elements of the ICQ Service.

  • In addition to the Impressions described above, MP shall receive integrated Promotions within the ICQ Service, as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Integrated Placements").

  • In * of any online or offline promotions by MP or over which MP exercises at least partial editorial control, when promoting solely the communications aspects of MP (each, a "Communications Promo"), MP will include specific references or mentions (verbally where possible) of the ICQ Service (e.g., a reference to the availability of the ICQ Service through the MP Areas or vice versa) during the period in which MP is ICQ's exclusive college marketing channel .

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries may self-insure with respect to such risks with respect to which companies of established reputation engaged in the same general line of business in the same general area usually self-insure (as determined in good faith by Borrowers).

  • Any authorized user of the ICQ Service, including any sub-accounts using the ICQ Service under an authorized master account.

  • The elements of graphics, design, organization, presentation, layout, user interface, navigation and stylistic convention (including the digital implementations thereof) which are generally associated with Interactive Sites within the ICQ Service or ICQ.xxx.

Related to ICQ Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • 800 service means a telecommunications service that:

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • Service means the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.
