Horizon Common Stock definition

Horizon Common Stock means the shares of common stock of Horizon Pharma, Inc., of US$0.0001 par value per share.
Horizon Common Stock has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Horizon Common Stock means shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Horizon.

  • Horizon will prepare and file, and will use reasonable best efforts to have approved prior to the Distribution, an application for the listing on the Exchange of the Horizon Common Stock to be distributed in the Distribution, subject to official notice of listing.
