HIV Research Plan definition

HIV Research Plan means the research plan attached as Exhibit B and any amendments thereto, including the integrated budget (the “HIV Research Budget”), research goals, activities (including IND-Enabling Studies), timelines, deliverables, allocation of responsibilities between the Parties, and the commitment of resources by the respective Parties with respect to the HIV Program.

Examples of HIV Research Plan in a sentence

  • The objective of the HIV Program, as provided in the HIV Research Plan, shall be to utilize the Hookipa Technologies to Research Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus- and Pichinde Virus-based vectors suitable for the Development, Manufacture, and Commercialization by Gilead, its Affiliates, or its sublicensees as HIV Licensed Products for the treatment, cure, diagnosis, or prevention of HIV.

  • For clarity, the HIV Research Plan may provide for [***] to be delivered by Hookipa to Gilead in accordance with this Section 9.2(b)(i) and, in such case, Gilead’s Milestone Payment obligation under this Section 9.2(b)(i) shall apply to each such package.

  • For further clarity, all costs and expenses incurred by a Party under the then-current HIV Research Plan existing under the Original Collaboration Agreement during the period ending on January 1, 2022 shall be borne by such Party or, as the case may be, reimbursed by the other Party, in accordance with the terms of the Original Collaboration Agreement governing such costs and expenses during such period.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Basic research means any original investigation for the advancement of scientific or technological knowledge that will enhance the research capacity of this state in a way that increases the ability to attract to or develop companies, jobs, researchers, or students in this state.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
