High Risk Use definition

High Risk Use shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.

High Risk Use has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.4 (High Risk Use).

High Risk Use. Organization must consider whether its specific use of these technologies is safe. The Services are not designed or intended to support any use in which a service interruption, defect, error, or other failure of the Service could result in the death or serious bodily injury of any person or in physical or environmental damage (collectively, “High-Risk Use”).   • High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).
