Each HCSS must provide clients with a plan of care that includes specific services the agency agrees to perform. The agencies are licensed and monitored by DADS or its successor.

Examples of HHS Agency in a sentence

  • Contractor represents and warrants, during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of the execution of this Contract, none of its employees including, but not limited to those who will provide services under the Contract, was an employee of an HHS Agency.

  • The HHS Agency reserves the right to dispute any portion of an invoice and will attempt to resolve the dispute with the Contractor in good faith.

  • The HHS Agency shall not be required to pay any disputed portion of an invoice until the dispute is resolved.

  • At its discretion, the HHS Agency may request in writing and require the Contractor to submit a detailed written Corrective Action Plan and include how the Contractor will correct or resolve an issue, deficiency, or a breach of this Contract.
