Health and Safety Legislation definition

Health and Safety Legislation means any Laws concerning health and safety matters including all and any regulations or orders made or issued under any such Laws.
Health and Safety Legislation means all relevant health and safety legislation together with approved codes of practice and guidance issued by the Health and Safety Executive, the Health and Safety Commission and British Standards in place from time to time;
Health and Safety Legislation means any law, enactment, order, regulation or Approved Code of Practice issued by the Health and Safety Executive or the Scottish Government relating to health and safety or fire safety including, without limitation, the Health and Safety at Work etc Xxx 0000 and the Fire (Scotland) Xxx 0000;

  • Ensure that Safe Working Practices are adhered to, in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and Tayside Contracts’ Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

More Definitions of Health and Safety Legislation

Health and Safety Legislation means all applicable Legislation, judgments, decisions, injunctions of any court or tribunal and legally binding codes of practice and guidance notes to the extent that they relate to or apply to the health and safety of any person (including but not limited to fire safety and relevant building regulations);
Health and Safety Legislation means any statutory provision dealing with health and safety matters, including in particular provision contained in the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (c. 37) or the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (S.I. 1978/1039 (N.I. 9)) [F30and provision dealing with health and safety matters contained in Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013 (nuclear regulation)];
Health and Safety Legislation means any statutory provision dealing with health and safety matters, including in particular provision contained in the Health and Safety at Work etc Act1974 (c 37) or the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (SI 1978/1039 (NI 9));
Health and Safety Legislation means all EU Directives or EU Regulations, statutes, or subordinate legislation or civil or common law, all court orders, ordinances, decrees or regulatory codes of practice, circulars, guidance notes and equivalent controls which have as a purpose or effect the protection or prevention of harm to human health, environment or health and safety or compensation for such harm which are binding in relation to the Schemes and/or upon the Service Provider;
Health and Safety Legislation means the provisions of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Acts 2005 and 2010, as amended from time to time.
Health and Safety Legislation means any Law relating to health and safety matters that are applicable to the O&M Services.
Health and Safety Legislation means all applicable occupational health and safety laws and related material.
