Grant Award Letter means this letter which offers Grant Funds to Grantee, including all attached Exhibits, all documents incorporated by reference, all referenced statutes, rules and cited authorities, and any future updates thereto.

• Any provision of this Grant Award Letter that imposes an obligation on a Party after termination or expiration of the Grant shall survive the termination or expiration of the Grant and shall be enforceable by the other Party.

Grant Award Letter means the letter accompanying these Conditions of Grant together with its attachments as applicable to the NRF funded research project specified above.

Grant Award Letter means the written notification to you by the Council, where the Council chooses to award a Grant, setting out the Grant Agreement Period and which shall include the Council’s aims and objectives to be met by you and may include any additional conditions. Where there is any conflict between the documents that make up this Grant Agreement the conflict shall be resolved in accordance with the following order of precedence: these Conditions set out within this Grant Agreement; Schedule 2 – The Council’s Grant Award Letter; Schedule 4 - Grant Award Criteria Schedule 1 – Your Grant Application Form; and Schedule 3 – Description of your Services and the Services Plan (where appropriate).
