Governmental Regulation definition

Governmental Regulation means any law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation issued by or enacted by a Governmental Authority.
Governmental Regulation means any (i) United States Federal, state or foreign law or regulation (including without limitation Regulation D); and (ii) the adoption or making of any interpretation, application, directive or request applying to a class of lenders, including Bank, of or under any United States Federal, state, or any foreign law or regulation (whether or not having the force of law) by any court or by any governmental, central banking, monetary or taxing authority charged with the interpretation or administration of such law or regulation.
Governmental Regulation means any laws, ordinances, rules, requirements, resolutions, policy statements and regulations (including, without limitation, those relating to land use, subdivision, zoning, environmental, toxic or hazardous waste, occupational health and safety, water, earthquake hazard reduction, and building and fire codes) of the Governmental Authorities bearing on the construction, alteration, rehabilitation, maintenance, use, operation or sale of the Property.
