Government Agency definition

Government Agency means (i) the United States Government, including all departments and agencies of any branch of the United States Government, all independent agencies or instrumentalities and all non-appropriated fund activities within the United States Government and United States Government corporations, and (ii) any state or local government, including all departments, agents, agencies, branches, independent agencies or instrumentalities, activities, and non-appropriated fund activities of or within a state or local government and all state or local government corporations.

Government Agency means the government of the Commonwealth of Australia or an Australian State, Territory or local government and includes their authorities, agencies, government owned corporations and authorised officers, courts and tribunals;

Government Agency means any governmental entity (including the United States, a State, or a foreign government).

• If a U.S. Government agency has a need for rights not conveyed under these terms, it must negotiate with Provider to determine if there are acceptable terms for transferring such rights, and a mutually acceptable written addendum specifically conveying such rights must be included in any applicable contract or agreement.

• The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation.

Government Agency means the CFTC and any other governmental agency or department that regulates the activities of the Company, a Participant, an Authorized Trader or Authorized User, as applicable.

Government Agency means the government of the State or the Commonwealth of Australia and any other political subdivision of such government and any administrative or judicial body, department, commission, authority, instrumentality, tribunal, agency or entity of any such government.
